Ms. Montes is an established health care coach/advisor, clinician and professor of Surgical Technology. She is currently affiliated with Kingsborough Community College and The Swedish Institute College of Health Science.

Rhonda Clark is a seasoned executive in the Human Resource area of the College Board. She was previously a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. She is new to the BoBCAT team.

Dr. Daniel is a Professor of Medicine at The Icahn School of Medicine and an Assistant Chief of Gastroenterology at Mt. Sinai Morningside and Mt. Sinai West.
Sinade Wadsworth is a Business Representative for The New York City District Council of Carpenters.
At 25, Sinade became the youngest and first African American female Business Representative for the New York City District Council of Carpenters. This position has given her the opportunity to mentor & recruit people on a bigger platform.
Sonya Shields is the Executive Director and President of the nonprofit Cause
Effective. With over 25 years of experience in nonprofit marketing and communications, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals of NY and the Board of Directors of the American LGTBQ Museum. She brings new strategic, marketing and communication ideas to BoBCAT.
Mr. Falkener is a retired attorney who practiced in the mortgage and real estate fields and was a long-time corporate officer with Teachers Investment and Annuity Association-CREF. He was also formerly President of Community Action for Human Services and is a member of Friends of Education at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA).
